What to include

  • For account issues, include the sign-in email or the account identifier you used.
  • For billing or credits, include the order number, plan name, and approximate purchase time.
  • For generation issues, include the prompt, model, and a short description of what went wrong.
  • For privacy or legal requests, mention the relevant policy page or section so the request can be routed correctly.
