• 违法、欺诈、诽谤、仇恨、骚扰、虐待、剥削、暴力或有害内容
• 侵犯他人知识产权、隐私、肖像权、商业秘密或其他权利的内容
• 你无权上传、编辑、生成、商业使用或分发的内容
• 可能造成现实伤害、欺骗、冒充、滥用、骚扰或安全风险的内容

You may not use Vinci to generate, upload, edit, distribute, or help distribute:

• NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other prohibited sexual content
• Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, abusive, exploitative, violent, or harmful content
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other rights
• Content you do not have the right to upload, edit, generate, use commercially, or distribute
• Content that may cause real-world harm, deception, impersonation, abuse, harassment, or security risk

安全与审核 / Safety and Moderation

Vinci moderates user prompts and generation requests. You may not attempt to evade, bypass, test, weaken, or abuse content moderation, safety filters, usage limits, or abuse detection systems.

违规后果 / Enforcement

如果我们合理认为你的使用违反本政策、服务条款或造成法律、安全、支付、运营或声誉风险，我们可以拒绝处理请求、移除内容、暂停功能、限制账户或终止访问。

If we reasonably believe your use violates this policy, our Terms of Service, or creates legal, safety, payment, operational, or reputational risk, we may refuse requests, remove content, suspend features, restrict accounts, or terminate access.
